3 Lg Eggs or 3/4 Cup Egg Beaters
5 Cherry Tomatoes Diced
Handful Spinach, Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
Salt-Pepper

Wisk Eggs vigorously until pale yellow and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Scramble in a skillet over low heat until done.
