Happy Anniversary | Hero Arts 45th Anniversary Celebration Challenge

Hi! It's an exciting time to be a Hero Arts fan. We're in the midst of their 45th anniversary celebration, so in true party fashion, we're having a challenge for it!

This month at A Blog Named Hero we want to see your celebration cards! Anniversary, Party, Congrats, Birthday - Here's my card, a shout out to one of my favorite companies on their milestone. 

The design team is also using their all time favorite Hero Arts products this month in celebration. This background stamp is both the first background stamp I ever owned, and my favorite of all time. 

I stamped the background with versamark sticky ink onto a panel of Hero Arts Adriatic card stock and then heat embossed the image with Hero Arts White Detail Embossing Powder. I colored in some of the open florals with a shimmer pen, and some of the others with some pearlescent watercolors. 

My sentiment was stamped from another ride or die favorite set - Everyday Sayings. It just has every sentiment you could need in great fonts. Sometimes you get a great stamp set, but the sentiments included are very specific even though the images are not. That's where this set is perfect! You can use images from a sympathy set, and slap a thank you greeting on it.
