First I designed and cut out this image from miss kate cuttables. I cut out three background layers, two white and one transparency. I used the cricut design space to size and create the little frames to layer the shaker portion of the card. 5 layers worked for me. You could also just cut out one frame from some fun foam. And then cut the top chevron pattern.
On the white background layer I stamped some fun snowflakes and sentiments, before assembling the shaker card together with sequins and some flaked glitter. I then mounted the front of the card, onto a back white background layer by scoring and folding a flap on the back piece and adhering to the card.
