Deviled Eggs: Southern Style w/ A Twist

Yummy Yummy in my Tummy!
These were for the work Thanksgiving potluck.
It was the only thing not on the sign-up sheet since I waited until
the very last second to choose a dish, but, it all worked out well!
I was combining a few different concepts since there are so many
recipes and way to make devilled eggs. Here's what I came up with.

Southern Style Deviled Eggswith a twist

12 Eggs, Hard Boiled, Yolks Seperated
(if you want perfect hard boiled Eggs every time, see below)
1/4 Cup Mayo +/- To your taste
1tsp Yellow Mustard
1tsp Honey Dijon Mustard
2tbs Sweet Pickle Relish
Salt & Pepper
Smoked Paprika & Dill Garnish

If you want to pipe, your going to need to use a mixer to combine all ingredients.
If you're going to spoon in, just mix well.
Garnish with Smoke Paprika and Dill

PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS EVERY TIME
Use a Pressure Cooker!
I have an electric one.
Place em on the rack with a cup of water beneath.
6 Minutes on High.
Pop in Cool Water for a hot minute, then peel while warm.
Perfect. Every. Time.
