While I haven't jumping on the project life bandwagon yet, because that is a lot of commitment for me, I do love organized pocket pages! Don't get me wrong, I do love traditional create a layout do it all from scratch scrapbooking, I also love the convenience of per-designed pocked pages! These were from We-R Memory Keepers, but I've seen a lot of great ones! They worked perfectly for trying to get in all these little wedding details into one two-page layout.
