It's Your Day with Unity

It's not my birthday, but I've made this card to give to myself! We've gone 2 consecutive days without a major snow storm!
Its a miracle!

But I Digress...

Its Friday, So that means Friends with Flair over at the Unity Blog! I have so many new unity stamps from Christmas I haven't busted out yet - So here's one. The Birthday Jubilee set. It has some great birthday sentiments, I choose this one with the intentions of getting some coloring in, I just can't get on the coloring bandwagon. I really want to, but everytime I go to - It doesn't look right... I'll keep trying :)

Anyway.. I followed the Sketch theme from the monthly
unity challenge ---->
I really love the Unity Ornate Artisan Stackers stamp set w/ matching die because I can stamp & cut out. In this case, I stamped and embossed some heat and bond to apply glitter! That simply wasn't enough glitter so I filled the stamp in with some Stickles and I still felt the need... The need for Bling (ha-ha) so I added some Rhinestones.

Happy Friday everyone & Have a great Weekend!

  2. Cute card! I still have trouble sometimes with coloring, just keep practicing! I learned a lot from You Tube. Love the rich, deep purple ribbon! I think we will celebrate next week when the temps finally get back up in the 30's!
