{a2z Scrapbooking} New March Challenge: Embossing

Hey Everyone! It March 1 so that means a new challenge over at the a2z scrapbooking blog!
This month we're embossing! One of my favorite techniques!
For today I thought I'd try embossing with some new Hero Arts layering stamps!

  1. Starting with a rectangle panel of white card stock, stamp your first layer in sticky embossing ink and apply desired embossing powder, heat to set. Prep card stock with anti static tool first for best results
  2. Repeat step one for each layer, using anti-static powder tool each time to prevent colors from sticking together. You'll want to have your heat tool nice and hot each time so as to not re-melt the existing layers.
  3. Stamp & Emboss Sentiment
To finish my card I clear embossed a background stamp onto a piece of 4.25 x 4.5  card stock, used some glitter washi tape for a transition border, and adhered my embossed panel onto the card. I popped up the embossed panel with a piece of white fun foam cut slightly smaller than my rectangle.

And there you have it!
