a2z scrapbooking Anything Goes one stamp two ways 2

Hi All! Kristina here with the second part of my One Stamp Set Two Ways feature. If you missed yesterday's post, check it out HERE. I'm working with the Hero Arts Basic Grey collaboration known as Sunshine! Which is on SALE right NOW for $8.00!!!!

Hero Arts Sunshine
Yesterday I used this set to make a scrapbook page, today it's a card (well 2)!
Thanks a Bunch
I used the strawberry from the set to create my own patterned paper. Since the stamp is one piece, I carefully inked up only the bottom with red and repeatedly
stamped until done and then did the same with the green leaves.

Next I used nesting circle days to cut a void out of the pattern paper for my sentiment So as to have no waste, I used the cut-out piece to make a 2nd card!

The sentiment was from a digital cut file that I LOVE from the a2z store The font mix is perfect! Here's a close up!
Thanks a Bunch2Thanks a Bunch3

This concludes my little feature of the Sunshine stamp set. Like it? You can get it NOW in the a2z scrapbooking store AND how about 15% off? Make a purchase of $25 or more and use code KRISTINA15 at check-out to save. Something you want out of stock? No problem!

a2z scrapbooking Anything Goes one stamp two ways

Hi Friends! Here today with a fun feature of a Hero Arts Basic Grey collaboration called Sunshine
Hero Arts Sunshine

Total coincidence, but I used the "Anything Goes" kit from Echo Park for this layout. I started with a plain white 12x12 and layered up from there. After using some assorted embellishments from the kit, I made some of my own using the stamp set!

I stamped the Good Times and Best Day Ever stamps in some Orange Soda Hero Arts ink and then the super cute Berry Sweet stamp in Bubblegum! Then cut them out and added them to my page. These are very versatile stamps for scrapbooking!

Don't forget to link up YOUR hero arts creation. You've got till the end of the month! See you back here tomorrow for more fun with the Sunshine Stamp Set

You can get this and many more Hero Arts products in the a2z scrapbooking store. If you come across a product that's out of stock, just click the "Request Custom Order" button and they'll get it to you in no time! AND how about a discount? 15% off your $25+ purchase! Use code KRISTINA15

Happy Memorial Day & Thanks to our Vetrans!

Happy Memorial Day friends, I hope your having loads of fun with family & cook outs.
Its a sunny 80 something here (which means it'll probably storm shortly)
The local VFW here goes out on Memorial Day to a few cemeteries to celebrate vetrans
last year they came to my Grandpa's grave side for a 21-gun salute

It was particularly celebratory because its probably one of the last times we were able to take
my aunt out of the house (she has dementia) to anything she'd slightly enjoy & understand.

This layout was made with a 4th of July kit from The Paper Studio with the addition of
some We R Memory Keepers sticky back sequins which I LOVE because you don't have
to fus with glue AND they come 3 sizes to a pack!

I put the whole thing together quite quickly with my Kelly Craft Get-it-Straight™ Laser Square

Hope you Like!

Inspiration

 I decided to make this sketch into a scrapbook page! I've combine elements from the Edge To Edge, Elegant Edges, and my current favorite Bits & Pieces (all linked below) Here's what I came up with;

I have a current obession with the Miranda Lambert song "Little Red Wagon" and have appropriately named this page after it. I started with a 12x12 kraft cardstock and cut the chevron piece from Edge to Edge and layered on top a little cover book piece from Elegant Edges. I used to cut your own font feature of my Cricut Explore to cut out most of my title and embellished with some letter stickers from the paper studio. Finally, I added my 5x7 image and topped it off with a banner flag cut from bits and pieces embellished with some twine and a button!

I hope you like what I've come up with! What's you're take on the sketch?

Have a Great Day!

Hey All! How are you on this fine Sunday.
I decided to play with a little embossing paste today!

I finally got my hands on MFT Blueprints 20 which I've wanted forever
and couldn't wait to use my new favorite die!

The stencil is from Penny Black which I got at a scrapbooking show last week
with embossing paste on my mind.

I colored my embossing paste using Hero Arts dye inks following
the color scheme of the current Color Q challenge.

After that dried, I stamped my Hero Arts sentiment in some versamark
ink and then heat embossed some white embossing powder.

I topped it off with some fun white sequins!
